- Old Skool Back in school at Pitt Community College. That’s right. I am taking Business Management, Anatomy Biology and Health Career Sciences. I won’t go into here what I plan on doing with this education, but I do have some art work that seems to be coming out of it.3 months on

!kohaus Art !s - Site Update Here we go again. Wonder why we've been missing? Well first off this artist tore his Achilles tendon...Ouch!!!
Then if that wasn't enough a Facebook acquaintance sent us a bad link with the "Koobe" virus, taking down our entire computer system, site making software and all.
Now we will be rebuilding the entire site with new improved features like, live virtual gallery tours powered by "Sococo" together now. We will preview it here first so down load the "Sococo" app, make an appointment, include your email address for an invite and try it.
Construction will be begin and you may either be able to see as the work goes on, or we may have to construct off line and then launch... We're building a new Gallery, offices and meeting spaces Stay tuned!!!5 months on
!kohaus Art !s - New Work Now On Sale Our work is now in from the printer and has officially gone on sale. Due to an issue in installing the work to canvas an unexpected sibling work was created with markings from the printer.
My thought is, we are going to get that back to the printer and stretch it also, when done we'll make that available also here on the website. Just to keep everyone up to date on what's going on I have torn my Achilles tendon, had surgery by some great doctors here in Greenville am on the mend for about the next 3 months and continue to work in art and back in college.5 months on

“Internet Archive.org the New Egyptian Pyramid”
With the current state of IT technology on the web, it is becoming most evident of the enormous advantages that are attainable with storage. Yes, we are talking about art, and as related to the walls on the Egyptian Pyramids. The Egyptians carefully archived the daily life with pictures and pigments that were capable of lasting thousands of years.
The Internet Archive.org’s project involves storing the entire internet on Petabyte Clusters of servers, for life forever! We’ve been utilizing this service now for quite some time. However now, in a more forward looking strategy, we will embark upon storing all the work created, every work, piece, film, short, blog, people that have come in contact with the artist will be preserved on the Archive. We know our work may be out and ahead by 10 to 20 years, so what better way to preserve for the future this body of work to be, analyzed and appreciated than by placing it fully, with creative commons for the public.
We feel that anyone foresighted enough to own any of the actual works will be a pioneer, when the rest of the world catches up. We have taken the precautions to protect original works with simple fingerprints and signatures which in no way appear on the Archive site. Journey with us as we embark upon this project, and may you be included in the artists’ work of creation of art amongst the people!

Whether it's lierary, music, dance, art or film, you can find what is truly new. Many of the works may be in rougher stages as in avant garde art, it is an experimental form of the untried.

!kohaus Art !s - Working on art? Or just working? It's great to be an established artist and working on new creations, but what's really more difficult is working on an entirely new direction in art. By this I mean the avant~garde. You see there is no recognition there, for the art that hasn't been done yet, for breaking new ground, of course has very few fans as the work has never been seen before and may sit uncomfortably with viewers.
The current state of the economy also is a very difficult one for artists, experimenting with what is new. There are virtually no patrons seeking to lend impetus to an entirely new untried form. This makes surviving very difficult for the avant~garde artist, another means of employment must be taken, just to survive.
This is where we've taken to using our eco-friendly avant~garde techniques, of just giclees, prints and ebooks, to our new store front on !kohaus Etsy .com

!kohaus Art !s - Avant-Garde!!!! and so the story goes, thanks go out to the art patron who today 10/26/2009 stopped in to "Links" 412 Evans St in Greenville, NC and bought "Maryborough Waterlilies #5" the 22nd and final print of that edition in large format. This work had been exhibited out at The WAF's first ever Expo in California in June of 2009. Not to worry patrons there are a few other in existence approx 7 36" X 24" in Australia and a few 10 X 11.5's here in Greenville, NC.
So be a part of history as this avant~garde movement takes off. It has already spread from Greenville, NC to Australia and into literature in California, with Maggie Beresford and Michael K Brown, of the respective areas.
